Nash Lynn Rightmer (b. 1982) is a contemporary abstract painter and multi disciplinary artist based in Southern California. Technically trained in film production and cinematography, Nash discovered his curiosity and passion for abstract painting while finishing his graduate degree in visual design and documentary photography. For well over a decade, he has been developing his craft and discipline in the experiential abstractions of color fields and geometric anomalies, often using words and writing as a catalyst for the introspective. Nash currently works from his midtown studio in Ventura California, where he is a resident artist and delighted member of H + Gallery and Studios.
